Mantua St., 44240Requisition ID: 202030Position OverviewThe Program Manager, H&S Information Systems is responsible for the administration of risk management and health and safety information systems. The role involves configuring forms and programs, processing claims, generating reports and dashboards, providing data analysis and guidance, facilitating system projects, conducting insurance renewals, maintaining OSHA records, completing client requests, calculating and configuring Workers’ Compensation rates, and supplying contractor evaluation data.Job Duties
Configure forms and programs in risk management and health and safety information systems.
Collaborate with Operations, other support departments, and Health and Safety teams to administer and develop solutions in risk management and health and safety information systems.
Research and develop new system processes.
Process carrier updates monthly and reconcile claims.
Create, customize, and maintain reports.
Create, customize, and maintain dashboards.
Administer risk management and health and safety information systems access for users.
Maintain the Motor Carrier Accident Register for accuracy and provide requested data for audits.
Provide financial data internally and externally.
Provide guidance on new programs and processes.
Facilitate and participate in the configuration of new risk management and health and safety information systems projects.
Conduct self-insurance renewals.
Create and present health and safety information to leadership.
Perform OHSA recordkeeping.
Complete client requests for prequalification questionnaires and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP).
Update organizational structure in the risk management and health and safety information systems.
Provide data and information for third-party contractor evaluation systems requests.
Calculate and configure Workers’ Compensation rates for the internal Workers’ Compensation Costing System.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules.
Qualifications
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Required: Experience in risk management and computer systems, specifically programming and design, acquired from a combination of education, professional development, or work experience.
Required: Experience and education working with Origami or other risk management and health and safety information systems.
Required: Proficient in MS Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
